THIS IS A LONG POST, I APOLOGIZE, I TRIED TO SHORTEN
Okay I couldn't fall asleep unless I posted this. I'm tripping out to hard. So earlier this week I decided to take the tarp off my car, pull it out of the shed, and start fixing some wear and tear items in preparation of the coming engine swap. The other night however, when I was done working on it, I started walking away when the car beeped at me, like with its alarm system. The next day when I was pulling the car forward (towing it) the car starats beeping like crazy, not the alarm, but keeps beeping until I stopped what I was doing. I walked over to the car, and it LOCKS ME OUT, KEYS INSIDE. I wait a minute and contemplate, start walking away aND the car beeps and unlocks. I'm just thinking huh that's weird. Whatever must've been electrical. It's not the first time it's done stuff like this tho, my gf loves the car, she sat in it just on her phone upset, and the car started unlocking and locking rapidly till I went over to see what's up. We again chalked it up to electrical. This has happened multiple times over the year, I've went to start it, it won't start, crank for however long, won't start, give up, car starats instantly next crank. The coolant seal was failed. But it still started during the weeks when I didn't have another car. So my girl and I have experienced the car beeping at us whIle walking away, randomly beeping from the shed when we've been upset or talk about the car. Always assumed coincidence. TONIGHT HOWEVER, I'M DUMBFOUNDED, i took the battery out of the car THIS AFTERNOON, HOURSSS AGO. Right before it had locked me out again when I tried to get my phone. SO TONIGHT! About 1 hour ago, I'm asleep bc I have work at 4am, all of a sudden, I feel I hear my car start beeping... a lot... I wake up, my girl was crying, and she's kind of freaking out now, I asked, was that my car?! In a panic, thinking someone was messing with her, TO WHICH THE CAR IMMEDIATELY STARTS BEEPING AGAIN. A LOT, OVER AND OVER. She freaks out bc my keys are on the TV Stand and she watched me remove the battery. We're both tripping out, my car is still battery less and right outside my open window... this car is my baby, as it has never felt like just a car to me, obviously ppl become sentimental about things they've enjoyed so much lol but what the heck! Is the car alive? We've joked about it b4 but this time takes the cake! I will now try to go to sleep. ..
