I just cranked over 100k miles on my rx-8. I've had it since 26k miles. It still purrs like a kitten.
About the only major malfunction was a broken lower control arm...
Been pre-mixing since I got it..
And using full synthetic motor..(for the engine oil.. Not the pre-mix)
The old girl has treated me well.. And compression is still good.
And special thanks for this board being here and to all the people who post, when I was tracing down craziness.. (steering light after battery disconnect... Abs and tcs lights coming on....radio cutting in and out...etc..)
