Brake pad thickness!

I bought "Posi Quiet" ceramic brake pads. (fits RX8)

Yesterday, when I was replacing new pads,

I couldn't close caliper !!!

So, I will grinding pads thickness likes OEM pads.

But I don't know OEM pads thickness :(

Anyone knows OEM pads thickness? (Front and Rear)
