Test drive: RPM's dip at idle, brakes may need work, clutch was finicky and may need replacing, windshield needs replacing, actually has 150k on the odo not 132k like in the ad, overspray in the driver's side wheel well indicates at least some of it was repainted.
Body and interior do appear to be in very good condition, but after writing all these things down, I may have answered my own question. :)
