I need help with my rx8!!!!

Hi i need some help with my rx8 2004 i open to any ideas, the problem is that i start the car it run normally but when is hot and i turn off the engine, if i try to turn it on again it doesn't start i have to wait like 20 to 30 min and then it start, i have the code p0335 i replaced the eccentric shaft position sensor but the car still doing the same any ideas also i rebuild the engine:Wconfused
