This car has 18k original miles. It has been garage kept under cover, non-smoker and only caught in rain a couple of times. It has been a weekend car and everything is immaculate. It comes with power everything, sunroof, Bose CD, stability, traction control, ABS, Rotary Accent package, factory mud guards and rear spoiler.
All fluids have been changed including the transmission (Amsoil synthetic), coolant (FL22 and distilled water), brake fluid (synthetic) and differential fluid (Amsoil synthetic). It does not have power steering fluid since it is electronic steering. The oil has been changed every 2k miles. There are no leaks of any kind and everything is 100%. I even went through all TSBs and updated several items per Mazda (Oil pan with new sensor, HVAC *****, and a couple of other items). It has the correct Mazda flash for the updated oil injection. This was done with only a few thousand miles on the car. The seats and original Mazda floor mats have always been covered. I took off the seat covers for the pictures. The tires are brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires 245/40/18 with nitrogen and road force balancing. The plugs were changed in the last 2,000 miles with OEM plugs (preventive maintenance) and a new uprated Mazda battery was installed. The paint is 100% original and has been waxed several times a year. It is as close to a new car as you can get. No accidents or damage of any kind.
The only reason I am selling is I have too many cars and don't get to drive them because I have a busy schedule. I have a lift in my garage at my home so it can be inspected underneath as well. It has always been garaged stored and includes a car cover that has always been kept on it. For those familiar with the RX8 and rotary engines, this one has been driven and maintained properly. It has an immaculate, clean Carfax and I have the title in hand with no lien. This car needs absolutely nothing and more than up to date in maintenance. Over 100 pictures can be seen here:
