suggestions welcome (painting wire loom)

Hello everybody I was wondering before I waste my time and money if theres an effective way to paint wire loom. I'm painting everything to match under my hood in anodized blue and I would like to paint the wire loom for the main harness'. Ive never tried to paint a loom before given its ridges and shape.

Any advice or input would be apreciated.
