can it be catalyc converter?

hey yall ive been having some problems with my 05 rx8. it was running great until yesterday,it droped revs all of the sudden,i pulled up and stoped the engine. after a while i turned back on and made it to an autopars to run the scanner,it came up to be a spark plug; well i replaced all the spark plugs and coils,tuned on and the problem was still there,i runned it to see if it came back to normal,but it didnt,it threw out some oil from intake,which was caused by overfilling. So I did an oil change, i cleaned the throttle body and intake(after market) after an hour i tried to start it,and it did,but this time there was a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust,it had a big gasoline smell,and the revs problem still there,i didnt accelerate it nor runned this time,i just turned it off and dont really know what to do now,i know its a long story,but hopefully i can still get help,thanks.
