I installed a new fuel pump in the fuel pump assembly today and my car is feeling a lot better but I remember when I put the lower cup of the assembly back on the fuel socks shape didn't really match the grooves of the lower cup housing but it fit anyways.
After seeing pictures of the stock fuel pump it looks like I put the fuel pump in 180 degrees backwards if my memory serves me right.... I didn't think it was possible I just figured it could only go back one way but I guess they made those three plastic tabs that hold the fuel sock on separated evenly so you can put it on three different ways...
Maybe im just crazy and it only goes back one way?
Since it is working fine should I worry about ripping everything apart again to look into this?
