Got my new Wheels - 19x9.5 +42 with 265/35/19's

So I am pretty excited, I got my new wheels and tires:





The blue film is just a protective film, it has a chrome lip.









I also got some Tien S-Tech Springs:







I plan on doing the following:

• Remove Rust from Rotor Hats with naval jelly.


• Paint my Rotor Hats Black with high temp paint to protect from future rust.


• Remove Rust from Calipers with naval jelly.


• Paint Calipers with high temp blue paint.


• Replace stock springs.


• Mount new wheels and tires.

Now what order do you guys think I should do this? Note All of this will take more than one day and therefore multiple weekends as I work Monday-Friday.

Also I know that I might run into issues with these springs on stock shocks(wearability), but this is just a 1 year temp solution until I get coilovers.(Already felt guilty droping 2 grand already)
