I am putting up for sale my rare R3, the main reason? My wife refuses to drive it because it will not fit in the kitchen, joking. Actually because she knows how rare it is and is terrified she will get in an accident.

I have a extended warranty (Bumper to Bumper $50 deductible) that is assumable and included in the sale, it runs until October 2017 and until 76K miles on the car.
This car has 28K miles on it and gets driven about once a week if that. Two times a year it makes a trip to the mountains in North Carolina to play with the Porsche friends. The rest of the time it sits tucked in my garage waiting to play. I should also point out this car was sold new in Baca Raton, Florida and has never been in snow or salt and it completely rust free underneath. This is a true super clean Florida car.
The only modification to the car is a Progress adjustable front sway bar and a more aggressive alignment to dial out the factor understeer. I have factory bar and is included.
Progress Technology: Anti-roll bars, sport springs, coil-overs, camber kits and more since 1995!
This is a bone stock unmolested RX8 R3 and the original part comes with the car to keep it that way.
Car comes with a set of 17x9 RPF-1's and Kumho SX tires with are 160 Treadwear extreme summer tires and are AMAZING!! (If not wanted I will knock $1K off the asking price and sell separately)
The Stock 19" rims are wrapped up in tire rack tire covers and stored away. Tires on those rims are about done maybe another 3K more good miles on them.
I am the second owner purchased the car with 16K miles on in in September 2012. All my oil changes have been performed by Mazda so there is never a question about maintenance with the warranty. Since purchasing I also purchased a case of Idemistu prmix and put 6 oz every tank full and also forced the dealership to run 10W40 oil in the engine at an extra cost.
Also included in sale is a front bra I put on for road trips to protect it and a set of front and rear EBC brake pads I have no needed to put on yet.
All the chrome is blacked out with plasti dip spray and can be peeled off you do not like.

There are 2 blemishes on the outside of the car, one is in the rear bumper and was there when I purchased.
The other I have to get a picture of, it is on the front pumper and happened when I dropped a golf club and it hit just right to put a mark on the bumper.
There is also a very slight door ding on the passenger side of the car that will be hard to get a picture of. I will see if I can get the local dent guy to pop it out it is very slight and was there when I purchased as well.
Carfax will turn up damage to the front passenger side fender of the car, it was replaced when the previous owner was hit at a red light. I would not have known unless told.
I have clear title in hand.

I am on no hurry to sell so no lowball offers. 19K for cal with 2 sets of rims and bumper to bumper warranty or 18K without second set of RPF-1 Rims.
