The position of a ball thrown upwards is given by s(t)=4+64t-16t^2, where t is in seconds and s is in feet. Find the velocity and acceleration of the ball at t=3 seconds.

So far I have

s(t)=4+64t-16t^2 t=3

S1(t)= 64-32t

s1(3)=63-32(3)

s1(3)= -32f/s

but I can't figure out the rest of it for the life of me. Please help.
