It basically saids due to heat and fuel tank material(read: CHEAP!) the fuel tank melts under certain conditions.
All rx8 owners will get a new updated fuel tank free of charge.
YEAH I KNOW its from Mazda Japan and its for japan market rx8, the recall is for all s1 rx8 in japan, but we all shares the same fuel tank so i expect a similar recall for NA market soon
