Does anyone have access to a copy of MSP16 (Engine Lack of Power/No Cranks)?
The Canadian TSB# is 01-09/26 -> equivalent US TSB# is 01-13/08
The reason I ask for this is because US TSB#01-013/08 states in the retail vehicle section: When an applicable retail vehicle is brought into the dealer for any type of repair or scheduled maintenance, perform an eMDCS warranty Vehicle Inspection and check the status of MSP16.
My vehicle has been in the Mazda shops multiple times throughout 2008-2015. I have not been offered MSP16. The summer hit - ambient temps are high - I'm experiencing loss of power & my warranty ended in May, 2015. I'm just trying to find some Canadian documentation to perform the TSB for free.
Both Mazda Corp (Canada) and Mazda Dealerships are refusing to release the TSB to me.
My argument being that eMDCS Warranty Vehicle Inspection should have been mandatory when I brought the vehicle in.
