Will both of these OEM parts fit at the same time?

So Im wondering if both of these OEM parts, the rear bumper accents and rear bumper mud guards, for the rear valence can be installed together> Or if Ibought the ebay knock offs in this thread(http://ift.tt/1aq0R64) would I be able to install the OEM mud guards as well?
