CHEAP WAY TO IMPROVE RX8
Ways I have turned my boring car into a more fun, fast, loud car.
I fitted all this besides the decqat myself and in 2 hours..
The car is like an rx8 should be, fast, loud, back fire, much more responsive, no more juddering, smoother..
The cars should come like this standard.. I spent max £300.00 and car is a little beast.
WARNING LIGHTS – you can turn these off when you want to buy following a guide posted on How to Reset the Dash Lights in an Mazda Rx8 (5 Steps) | eHow e.g. when you sell the car ! lol or in front of other car ******* who will criticise you not spending £400 on engine management tool.
SECONDLY – FLOODING
No need to listen to 100s of explanations to deflood.. they are a load of *****.
To de flood RX8, simple:
This has now saved me on 3 occasions ! No need to **** about with the fuses, this is a quick fix, 2 minutes.
I know the RX8 are old now but people ar still buying them, they are great cars but terrible on fuel, mine does about 100miles for £40 ! no ****!!! ******* drinks like my old man.
Hope this has helped some people, as I had to work all this out as trial error didn’t get me far from various posts. I just did this all myself and now got a monster black windows, black alloys, black leather, it’s a nice little car.

- Pipercross airfilter £30.00
- Decat from ebay £145.00
- K&N oil filter £15.00
- New performance plugs and cables £100.00
- Back box – Ebay £160.00 (fat exhausts, prob 5", looks and sounds much better

To de flood RX8, simple:
- Turn key half way
- Put flood flat down on accelerator peddle
- Turn key full for 3 seconds
- Repeat until you hear an empty engine sound, it is noticeable when the fuel is gone from engine
- Turn car off wait 10 seconds then turn key, car will start first time
