Should I buy or not?

I really, I mean really love the Mazda rx-8. But, so many people have said that "there are engine issues, oil consumer" and other things like that. I am more than willing to learn how to handle this beast, and I just need help deciding wether to or not.



P.S. Any and all help is welcome and appreciated
