Hesitation through rpms when hot

Been trying to fix this for a few weeks now and I'm running out of ideas. Car runs great and runs through the rpms as it should while the car is cold and up to about 5 mins after the car reaches normal temperature. After the car is at normal operating temperature about five mins later I start getting a hesitation while giving it gas. Starts at right around 5000 rpms. I can rev up to 5000 as it should but after that when the car is under load its starts bogging down like its lacking fuel or air. After I slowly reach 7000rpms the car picks back up and is happy to take off again. Now I have gutted my cat, cleaned the ssv, cleaned the maf, cleaned the main pulley position sensor, reset the nvram, removed plugs and cleaned them with a wire brush, checked the coils (coils, plugs, and wires new about 5000 Miles ago.) I just replaced the fuel pump a few days ago and the hesitation is still there. Its only there while the cars hot. If I drive it a while it'll start doing it but if I park it for about 30 mins then hop back in it and take off alls fine until it gets hot again. It also doesn't seem to do it in neutral oraybe its just not hot enough yet when I try it in neutral but it does it under load no matter what I change. I have my older set of plugs, wires, and coils I'm going to swap around on there and see if it changes at all. If not then idk what else to do...maybe a vaccumbline somewhere or an 02 sensor or computer getting too hot???
