power loss with croaking sound

I have a '04 automatic model at 71k. recently it has developed powerloss when climbing a hilly road with a protesting croaking sound that gets louder when i press down the throttle and the check engine light is on.



I changed all the ignition parts, plugs, coils, cables after diagnosis at the garrage but the symptoms persists.



Please what else can i do?
