Should I accept a dealer charge for a warranty engine replacement?

I have a 2007 Mazda RX8 that recently flooded and had a compression test done that led to a warranty claim on a replacement engine. The dealer indicated that the cost would be $85 due to required diagnostic testing for the claim and battery recharging (I had drained it with the cranking). Is this a legit charge or should I argue it?
