Oil light came on...again.

I've owned my '07 GT since new and just recently had a reman installed before my warranty was up. A few weeks ago my oil light came on while at highway speeds, I immediately pulled over and shut down the car. I then checked my oil and it was fine, as usual, so I added a touch more to top it off and started it up no more light. Today while I was on the highway again the oil light came on (only 2nd time since I've owned the car), so I pulled over and shut it down. Checked the oil, and it was down maybe half a quart, nowhere near low where the light should illuminate. I added maybe 1/4 quart, started it up and light is gone. In both situations my oil pressure gauge was reading normal and the oil levels were normal. Do I have to get my oil pan replaced?

Any thoughts??
