Ok.....who ever is willing to help I would greatly appreciate it. Power window on drivers side.......goes down half way......stops. ..makes a sound like a freakin lawn mower......gets stuck....goes up with a bit of help from my hand pulling it up.....when it's totally closed if I hold the button it sounds like a whole bunch of rattling in the door.
Regulator or something off the track? Would like to give it a shot myself. Some smuck wanted to charge me 400. I won't repeat what I said. I see a regulator is about $70. I guess the logical thing would be to open the door up and take a look, but does anyone recognize the rattling sound I said it makes. Never fixed this on a car before.....I believe I could do it.
