Clutch issues?

Hey guys, ive had my 8 for about a year now. Shes a 2008, and I remember having these issues last year, but they seemed to have gone away since it heated up. Last winter, i remembered having issues that when it was cold, my clutch seemed to slip a little, where the engine would race but i very little power would be put to the ground. it only does this for a moment, and it seems to only happen sometimes, or if im in a drive thru line for extended times. Any idea what could be causing it?

Also semi related, sometimes i have issues shifting into first when stopped. i just shift into second and then i can shift back into first without an issue. Any ideas on this?
