Any rotor heads willing to help in Chicago area?

Throwout bearing replaced for the second time in a year and it's super loud especially in third gear plus it's already starting to make the whirl sound on the second day after install. Installed by rotary specialist. Anybody up for a test drive in Chicago area? I can tell I'm losing power cuz of the damn clutch somehow, clutch is a few months old. Compression tested good by the specialist. Could it be the slave? He said it was working properly.. the fork? Misaligned?
