Then there were 2!

Well I now own two Mazda Rx-8s... Which is nice but I'll sell the titanium gray one eventually lol.

It's been a while since I posted on here so I decided to just come on and go with whatever came to mind.

Yesterday I bought a old friends car that had been sitting around for a long time with a worn out engine...



I bought this car mainly because I liked the way it looked and I really liked the tsunami bumper. Also because it came with a entire cars worth of parts with only 36k miles minus the chassis which went to the junk yard.

He was under the impression the engine was **** because of a hole in the intake manifold. The good news is it wasn't damaged at all.

Now this car I bought because the engine had very low miles on it...



Well a month into owning that car... The transmission went out.... Go figure lol. I sold the engine and a bunch of other parts because I was going to put in my ls engine I had sitting around.

Half way through the project I found out I am having a second child lol so don't need to spend retarded amounts of money to finish a swap.

So the tired engine with the transmission is coming out of the white car to be rebuilt.



Then I'll be putting it in the gray car to be sold. The white car will get the 36k mile engine and transmission and become my regular daily driver. If I'm really feeling spunky I'll put the rebuilt engine in the white car but the tired engine has 103k on her so I feel better having one with 36k in a daily.

I have a ton of parts if anyone needs anything.
