Stock bumper w/appearance package and RB side skirts?

Anyone on here have Racing Beat's side skirts on their car? I wish to keep my front bumper and rear bumper but I'm looking to get rid of the factory half side-skirts. The racing beat ones are nice looking but I'm wondering if they hang lower than the front bumper does. I'm also considering their rear bumper fairings.
