Smells fuel inside the car and leaking from the bottom

Hi evryon,

I recently brought my 8 , and It was allways smelled petrol inside the car yesterday I toped a full tank fuel and parked the car and noticed that fuel is leaking from the bottom so imidietly I pasted some thik paste n it so it stoped . but I rade some threds hear and I checked under my passenger side rear side seat in the petrol pump area and it was filed with petrol



so please help me what is that , is it the fuel leaking from the pump is leaking from bottom or I have both damdge bottom tank and a fuel pump



please help
