Mazsport Ignition Solution

So I have this ignition kit and I saw zo0m's rewiring idea for the kit that makes sense and I am planning on rewiring the ignition box somewhere away from the engine block out of most of the heat. My question is where can I get a replacement unit? I am not sure since mazsport closed down or what not that they are no longer available through microtech? But I do not know what microtech is or how to get ahold of them. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone with this kit, is it normal for my 8 to idle with misfires? I am guessing no, but it is not noticeable when I go though the rpm band.
