dealer says I need a new engine. I need opinions

I have a 2007 with 63,000 miles on it. It seemed to be running fine when the check engine light came on. Had the code read by a friend who said it was the catalytic converter. I took it to the dealer this morning. The dealer told me that the engine has bad seals which is causing compression issues and misfires. I was told that the engine, the oil pan, and the catalytic converter will all be covered under warranty. However, I was also told that the fuel injectors might need to be cleaned. If all 6 injectors are clogged it will cost me $1400. They also suggested putting in a new clutch while they replace the engine and that will cost me $2100.


If anyone has opinions about the injectors or the clutch I would greatly appreciate it.
