SSV Stuck Open. Car Rumbles and Dies. No power.

Hello everyone,

I have a IMT stuck open code. I believe my OBD 2 reader reports it as P2070.
This is a stuck SSV if am not mistaken; however, my car RUMBLES, big time, and it dies if I don't apply the throttle. When it does run on it's own, the stabilizes around 500 RPMs. Recently, it overheated very briefly because I was on the freeway and my Alt/Waterpump belt snapped, and I had to drive the car to a suitable place to pull over.

In any case, I think my engine is shot, but there is the possibility my SSV is causing all this nonsense. Have stuck open SSV valves been known to to do this? I thought there was power loss associated with open SSV's, but nothing this bad.

Also, the car has 117k miles on original engine, MT, and after this problem happened, the exhaust shoots out one powerful puff of smoke, instead of a steady flow of exhaust like a normally functioning engine does. It does not seem to be burning coolant. I'm also getting a misfire in Rotor1.
