Looking to unload my Rx-8 I've had since buying it in 2008 with 19k miles. Columbus, Ohio.
2005 with 78k miles on it. Takes a little longer than it should to fire up, took it to our local rotary experts and it indeed has low compression. So it's running, but probably not for a whole lot longer. They quoted me 3500-5200 to rebuild, depending on the state of the rotor housings.
While I would absolutely love to keep the car and restore it to former glory, I can't even seem to find the time to research the costs of everything I would want to do to it, let alone actually get any of it done.

05 GT Manual, TiGray. Heated leather, stock aero kit+spoiler, bose speakers (single disc), no navigation.
Non-OEM stuff:
Racing Beat Rev8 dual catback (~40k)
Slotted rotors and hawk ceramics (~45k)
Ipod aux adapter installed (great if you still have a 30pin ipod, though I assume a $3 adaptor would work for lightning too)
Red LEDs in interior including added footwell lighting
AFE short shifter (potentially selling separately)
Clear corners+LED parking/corner lights
35% black window tint
Front splash guards
Extra OEM rim w/ summer tire
Has a set of Blizzaks on it currently
Other issues besides the engine:
Front headlights work fine, but aesthetically look like crap (long story)
Blizzaks are probably wearing down, also, that's the only set of tires
Someone scraped the rear driver side, minor cosmetic damage
It really needs cleaned
Still really fun to drive, but I just really want to unload it to someone that will actually make good use of it before it turns into a massive paper weight hogging my garage. I put 3k because it made me put something, I'll consider any offer worth my time and effort.
