unstored my 8 about a month ago got some miss fires so i parked it and ordered the parts, just got around to replacing them today. after i finished the coil job i changed my parking lights as well as one was burned out.
after i buttoned everything up i went for a drive around the block to make sure everything worked, made it about a mile form my house, i could smell burning coolant, turned around to head home and then the coolant light came on. got home and turn the car off and popped the hood nice little cloud and some major smell.
couldnt see any active leaks. the only coolant item i touched was the line that runs from the bottle next to the ECM when i changed that sides parking light. let it cool down, checked both ends of that line and didnt see any evidence of a leak. its a pretty big leak as i can see a trail leaving my driveway and coming back, :(
